Walls & Floors

All of our Premium Range buildings have 21mm thick external cladding and come with a choice of plasterboard or pine match cladding inside as standard, with insulation included. This gives you 125mm/5 inches thick insulated walls giving you a building that is warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
An upgrade to funky timber internal cladding is also available. All options can be found on pages 48 & 49.
Our buildings also come with a 21mm ‘double strength’ tongue and groove floor with multi-layer foil insulation as standard, so you know that it will be solid underfoot.

Doors & Windows

When it comes to uPVC doors and windows, we have a huge selection of
configurations and colours for you to customise your new Premium Garden room with, and to make it your own.

All uPVC is guaranteed for 10 years and the toughened glass for 5 years.

Electrics

All Premium Range buildings come with an Electric Package as standard. This includes four white double sockets, one light switch, one *LED strip light fitting, one consumer unit and an external connection box. All installed by our electrical contractors - Eaton Electrical Solutions Ltd.

* Elite and Ultra Garden rooms come with spotlights instead of the LED strip light
(minimum of 4 as standard).
Not included: Electrical supply from source to garden room.
