Included as standard with all premium buildings, all you have to do is decide what the

desired look is for your new room!

This option will add 5" to the thickness of the internal walls and along with the triple layer

foil floor provides warmth all year round.

* Plasterboard and insulation is only available on Premium Garden Rooms and comes as an included option.

Acoustic Insulation
Drum kit or more privacy needed?
You can upgrade your insulation to acoustic insulation at £3 sq/ft or upgrade the

plasterboards and the insulation to acoustic at £6 sq/ft
